Registering online is easy.  Please fill up the form below and follow the instructions.  Please also make sure that you have read all the registration terms before proceeding to register online. 

By proceeding with this registration, APeco 2006 Secretariat presumed that you have read and accepted the registration terms.

1. Residential Delegate Fees (Accommodation + Transfer + Conference + Meals + Field Trip)

All Malaysian and International registrations must be made online at our site. Click here to register.  If you need assistance, please contact our secretariat for more information. The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline any registration without assigning any reasons.

a) The Residential Package + delegate registration fees (as per table below) includes the following (unless specified otherwise):

• Twin share accommodation vouchers in selected resorts

• Return Coach Transfer vouchers between Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Tembeling OR Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Tahan. Boat transfers between Kuala Tembeling and Kuala Tahan is on own account at APECO Delegates rate at RM28.00 per way payable at Kuala Tembeling Jetty.

• 3 Dinners including Welcome Dinner & Farewell Dinner, 2 Networking Lunches and 4 Teabreaks

• 1 1/2 Days Conference Sessions (8 sessions & 12 speakers)

• 1 guided Field Trip of your choice at Taman Negara - Canopy Walk or Tahan River Cruise or Gua Telinga Cave Excursion

No rebate/refund is entertained for any unutilised portion of the package whether in part or whole.

b) The Accompanying Person Registration Fees includes all the above except the 2 Days Conference Sessions. Persons below the age of 16 are not permitted to participate.

c) Non Residential Delegate Fees for Taman Negara residents includes all the above except accommodation and transfers.

Malaysian/International Delegates - Credit Card Payments:

All Payments for International delegates through credit cards shall be billed by:  MATTA.  Please note that your credit card will be billed in Ringgit and we accept both Master, Visa Card and JCB. [Place cursor here and click for Payment Authorisation Form]

4. Cancellation Policy

All registration fee, hotel accommodation, pre/post conference tours must be paid in full  before reservation can be confirmed.  All cancellation must be made in writing to Asia Pacific Ecotourism Conference (APECO) Secretariat. 

50% cancellation fee on total charges will apply for cancellation received on or before 16th October 2006.

80% cancellation fee on total charges will apply for cancellation received after 24th October 2006.

No refund whatsoever for cancellation received after 29th October 2006.

As there are limited places and heavy subsidy by MATTA, each Organisation may send a maximum of 4 delegates only. Additional delegates would be accepted at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
